Supporting the company’s expansion into the local market, our office designed four locations across approximately 12,000 sqm. This journey allowed us to refine a clear formula for crafting dynamic, efficient, and community-driven co-working environments.
DiscoverRevolutionizing the global traditional office environment
WeWork is a global brand with a highly defined and recognizable design language, yet our ambition was to translate that identity into a locally relevant experience for each location. Rather than applying a uniform solution, every space was carefully shaped by its urban context and cultural environment. A complex in Tel Aviv carries a completely different energy and rhythm than one in Jerusalem, and each project was designed to reflect that uniqueness through atmosphere, materiality, and spatial character.
The real challenge, however, was in the planning. Each location required a precise balance between maximizing member capacity and maintaining a high-quality user experience. Density, circulation, acoustics, and comfort all had to work together seamlessly. Beyond efficiency, WeWork places a strong emphasis on community, and the design was intentionally curated to encourage interaction, spontaneous encounters, and collaboration — creating spaces that feel social, open, and alive rather than purely functional.
