Property owner and offices

When a real estate transaction takes place, there are three parties involved: the real estate developer, the investor(s), and the client. Each one of these groups has a distinct approach to a project with a specific goal in mind. Firstly, the property owner seeks to attain the highest revenue depending on the local market to receive the best return on their property. Secondly, the client wants to secure the most suitable property with the lowest price and best location. Lastly, the investors approach it from a financial standpoint with the primary goal to assess the profitability of an investment and the potential for returns. The collaboration of these groups contributes to the success of a corporate real estate transaction.

Commercial real estate refers to real estate that is used specifically for business or income-generating purposes. It differs from residential real estate because it has the potential to provide rental income as well as capital appreciation for investors.” – Investopedia

Corporate real estate often begins in the same systematic way. At LVN Studio, we are not only looking at the aesthetic and decoration of the room, but the necessary synchronization between the company layout and the end user. Our goal is to maximize the usage of a space while integrating the needs of both the property owner and the client. We emphasize a clear financial understanding of the potential that can be obtained from a facility.

“Our office has the knowledge and the ability to give services to each side. The ones that are looking for the best property and fit it as best as possible, and the other side which needs to make it the most appealing as possible.” – Albert Levin
